The Baseco Slums in Manila are known as the Recycling and Plastic Waste Industry hub of the Philippines. Trucks loaded with plastic trucks on the right side of the frame are caught up in congestion in Manila traffic which ranks as some of the worst in the world. Infrastructure problems, high population and accidents are some of the causes.
